What Information Does flex125.com Collect?
flex125.com collects information necessary for the management of account-based plans such as health flexible spending arrangements ('health FSAs'), health reimbursement arrangements ('HRAs') and the like ('Plans'). A separate Administrative Service Agreement between AmeriFlex and its clients governs the management of these Plans.

What About Cookies?
Like many Web sites, we use "cookies" which smooth the browsing experience on the site. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser. They are necessary for the performance of this site.
Does flex125.com Share the Information It Receives?
We do share the information with third parties only to the extent necessary to administer the Plans and then only with a HIPAA-HITECH Business Associate Agreement in place to protect against the unauthorized use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI). We can provide a list of these third parties upon request.
How Secure Is the Information?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We also require a username, password and identity verification regimen for access to the site.
Passwords are stored utilizing a secured one-way encryption technology and are not stored, nor can be retrieved in plain-text after they have been entered into this system. All passwords provided must be "strong", containing at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase character, and 1 special character.
The site is protected from outside intrusion in various ways such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, root kit detection systems, automatic DDoSdetection and mitigation systems.
Which Information Can I Access?
flex125.com gives you access to information about your account including the option of updating that information as needed.
Information Collected
You, your employer or an agent of your employer provides most such information to AmeriFlex as a function of Plan administration. Information is also collected automatically, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform. We may also use browser data such as cookies, Flash cookies (also known as Flash Local Shared Objects), or similar data on certain parts of our Web site for fraud prevention and other purposes. During some visits we may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
